On March 22, 2010, we received this document (PDF) from Heather Throop who is from the "Corporate Management Branch" of the embattled, Canadian "Human Rights" Commission This is our official position The CHRC routinely believes that they, as a government organization, are immune from criticism. They are NOT. The Canadian "Human Rights" Commission is a public agency and this domain is being operated to run a website to publicly criticize the CHRC and it's un-Canadian interference in society. The name (in our opinion) is being used under fair use without any competition. The website is factual in nature, it also provides a necessary perspective of this corrupt censorship Commission in the name of public interest, that the CHRC does not publicize on it's home page. We will, however, agree to put a banner at the top that indicates "this is not the CHRC website for the official website of the embattled government censorship organization, click here". We will get on that in the next 2 days. |

Winnipeg to Ottawa? Hell of a commute |
|
Friday, 09 July 2010 00:00 |
|
Original Article here Winnipeg Sun July 9, 2010 There is a baseball team in Ottawa called the Fat Cats. The team plays in the Intercounty League, very much in the “minors” but the players have dreams of the playing in the majors. In the elite ranks of the federal civil service, things are a little different. Here, bureaucrats like David Langtry play minor league parts in the lives of Canadians but spend major league dollars. You’ve probably never heard of Langtry, but he is likely the most high-flying bureaucrat we’ve got. Langtry lives in Manitoba but commutes to Ottawa. By plane. On your dime. |

Ezra Levant and Giaccomo Vigna ‘cross swords’ inside a courtroom |
|
Thursday, 24 June 2010 00:00 |
|
Original article here June 24, 2010 — xanthippa Ezra Levant is a colourful character – to say the least. He is the Canadian lawyer who became a household name as the guy who is willing to put his money where his mouth is when it comes to defending the most important and fundamental of all the human rights – the right to freedom of speech. Because of his responsible self-conduct as both a human being and a journalist (he was the editor of Western Standard), he had become the target of the Human Rights Commissions – both the Canadian federal version as well as its various provincial tentacles. It is difficult for most of us, reasoning human beings, to understand just how badly twisted things have become in our society, just how endangered our rights as human beings have truly become, until this Kafkaesque nightmare Mr. Levant found himself in brought it to our awareness. Once there, there was no going back. Even kids could figure it out! What is the best way to fight injustice? Expose it – so everyone can see it for what it is and judge for themselves. Most people are actually much smarter than the ‘Nanny State’ gives them credit for! What is the best way to take power away from a bully? |

NOTE: Giacomo "the vagina" Vigna cost the respondent lots of money and inconvenience by canceling the hearing at the last second. He also repeatedly FAILED to provide a medical note as he was required. Giacomo is such a fibbing vagina.... Original article here By BRYN WEESE. Parliamentary Bureau Last Updated: June 24, 2010 7:02pm OTTAWA - Free speech advocate Ezra Levant was in an Ottawa court Thursday for calling a human rights commission lawyer a fibber. The defamation suit argued Thursday, one of five currently underway, is the first to go to trial. In it, Human Rights Commission lawyer Giacomo Vigna alleges Levant damaged his character by calling him a fibber on Levant's blog in 2008 for Vigna's actions at a commission hearing a year earlier. At that hearing - unrelated to Levant - Vigna asked to adjourn the hearing early because he wasn't in a "serene state of mind" and couldn't continue. |

CENSORED: On Richard Warman And Canada's Phony-Racism Industry |
|
Update: This post had to be edited following a DMCA complaint. The article was removed to comply with a DMCA complaint, however, we do believe that the article was ENTIRELY correct and factual. Censoring an article does not make its contents untrue. The article reproduced the following message that evidence produced during Warman v. Lemire showed was posted by Richard Warman in an attempt to frame Mr. Lemire into a Section 13 complaint: “Not only is Canadian Senator Anne Cools is a Negro, she is also an immigrant! And she is also one helluva preachy c*nt. She does NOT belong in my Canada. My Anglo-Germanic people were here before there was a Canada and her kind have jumped in, polluted our race, and forced their bullshit down our throats. Time to go back to when the women *** imports knew their place … And that place was NOT in public!”
The forum post was the MO of Richard Warman. He has, on many occasions posted racist comments in an attempt to entrap individuals into falling victim to Canada's 3rd world censorship kangaroo provision. The article outlined that a computer expert named Bernard Klatt determined, the Cools posting had been made from a computer bearing the IP address 66.185.84.204, the very same address from which Warman had admitted to visiting freedomsite to print out material. Richard Warman did in fact make that post. It had all his hallmarks. Anne Cools was an opponent of gay marriage and Richard Warman's lawyer Palmala McAchorn (or however you spell her name) was a lawyer representing the homosexual agenda on the legalization of marriage issue. People have been convicted by less. Furthermore, Richard Warman has evidence that HE HIMSELF solicited, that the IP address used to post that message was assigned to his computer at a relevant time. |

NOTE: The only country immune from criticism in the world is Israel Original article here CBC News | June 15, 2010 Prime Minister Stephen Harper called on NDP MP Libby Davies to resign as her party's deputy leader after she suggested Israel has been occupying territory since the country came into existence. "Mr. Speaker, this is a fundamental denial of Israel's right to exist," Harper said in the House of Commons on Tuesday. "It repeats the kind of comments that were made by Helen Thomas on which she was forced to resign and the member of the NDP who said those should be forced to resign as well." Thomas was the veteran White House correspondent who resigned after saying Jews in Israel should "get the hell out of Palestine" and "go back to Poland, Germany, America and everywhere else." |
